At Makemake Organics, we want you to love your sustainable purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your organic cotton items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
